“How can I prepare for my wax?”

  • Let your hair grow: minimum two weeks of growth

  • Exfoliate: gently exfoliate the area 24-48 hours prior to your appointment

  • Stay hydrated: drink plenty of water leading up to your waxing session

  • Avoid tanning beds and sun exposure

  • Take a pain reliever 30-40 minutes before your wax

  • Dress comfortably in loose fitting clothing to prevent friction and irritation

  • Avoid touching and intimacy for 24 hours

  • No workouts, saunas, or sweating for 24 hours

  • Stay out of pools, hot tubs, and salt water for 24 hours

  • Begin exfoliating the area 24-48 hours after wax

  • Apply nourishing and ingrown serums 3-4 times a week

  • Increase hydration
