Let your hair grow: minimum two weeks of growth
Exfoliate: gently exfoliate the area 24-48 hours prior to your appointment
Stay hydrated: drink plenty of water leading up to your waxing session
Avoid tanning beds and sun exposure
Take a pain reliever 30-40 minutes before your wax
Dress comfortably in loose fitting clothing to prevent friction and irritation
